Having worked with leading award-winning Cornish developer Rosemullion Homes on several prestigious projects, we jumped at the opportunity to create an identity for their latest scheme in Marazion – St Michael's Reach.

Sales brochure

Starting with the naming process and the creation of an evocative identity centred around the view from the location, we also created a dynamic sales brochure featuring powerful imagery of the immediate area.
