Megan works on a range of projects, covering everything from in-house magazines and journals to website content and SEO.

Megan graduated from Cornwall's University College Falmouth (now Falmouth University) in 2008 with a degree in English with Media Studies and went straight into her first job as a local magazine journalist and deputy editor.

Since then, she’s worked as an editorial consultant and freelance writer for clients such as the BBC, and in marketing and promotions for the National Trust. After a three-year departure from media, in which she completed a PhD with Falmouth University, she joined Nixon in January 2015 to offer a new copywriting and content strategy service.

She can advise on everything from two-word headings to full content and marketing strategies. A geek to the core, she once spent a whole year replicating the Second World War ‘home front’ as research for a book. When it comes to useless facts about rationing, she’s your girl.
