Once again, we set up our stand at the Royal Cornwall Show.

This year marked our 18th appearance at the event, which brings together the best of Cornish farming, culture and commerce.

For 2018, we celebrated the launch of the new Tom Raffield website, with a few lights on loan from the man himself to illuminate our stand. For Thursday’s drinks reception we sipped fizz from Camel Valley, nibbled on slices of smoked duck from Cornish Duck and mingled with clients, cohorts, friends and fellow show-goers.

The next day we ran a drop-in ecommerce clinic, answering questions and offering advice to any and all who asked. Other than that, we had good fun catching up with friends old and new, as well as checking out the stands, tents and main-ring displays (just in front of our tent).

In the run-up to the show, we had the honour of helping to design the Duchy of Cornwall display – a vision that came spectacularly to life, with plants, props and panels showcasing everything it has to offer. The judges obviously agreed, as the Duchy walked away with first prize in the trade stand competition.

We look forward to next year!
