Bringing a brand to life with a responsive website, stylish brochure and evocative visuals.

From above-the-line advertising in the national press to directing photoshoots of twilight surfers, we’ve evolved Una in St Ives and repositioned them within their sector.

After developing the Una name and brand we began mapping out the marketing strategy. This included targeted press advertising, locally and nationally, and printing a brochure that showcased the best of the architecture and the local area. Different stocks, tip-in sections and a hand-finished binding system all contributed to a sales brochure with a difference.

Website

We took the brand identity online, designing a website as beautiful as the sales brochure. Crisp lifestyle and interior photography bring the Una experience alive.

Art direction

Photography played a key role in selling Una to potential buyers and guests. The imagery had to capture the Una St Ives lifestyle. We paired stylists with photographers to create a range of evocative and distinctive visual assets.
