As part of our ongoing celebrations, we decided to mark our 20th birthday recently with a big party at Nixon HQ.

It was all hands to the pumps when the big day came, clearing the office and rigging up lights and a projector, as well as having a general tidy up.

We kicked off around 4pm, marked by the arrival of an 80s Cadillac stretch limo which parked up outside to ‘pap’ people as they arrived.

There was a good turnout from from clients, friends, family and ex-employees alike who all partook liberally of the well-stocked bars and excellent nibbles that came up from the Salt Bar on the ground floor in a seemingly never-ending supply.

Live music was supplied by the Nixonaires and there was even some dancing, although the floor could be felt going up and down in a slightly unnerving fashion! We carried on well into the night, with the last stragglers wending their unsteady way home at around midnight.

We gave everyone a souvenir book – a largely pictorial retrospective view of the last 20 years, including a ‘rogue’s gallery’ of nearly all the people who’ve worked here over the years.

We thought you might like to see a few choice pictures of the event which Bob Berry, our talented friend of many years, took on the night…
