Luxury Boltholes approached us as an entirely new brand, specialising in hand-picked holiday homes on the south coast. Aiming to make a splash with the brand’s launch, as well as attracting new owners to the portfolio, they were looking for a sleek, high-end website.
Design as a creative conversation
We worked closely with owners Kate and Ed on initial designs for a bespoke, visually enticing website that would appeal to the elite demographic they were targeting. As Kate has a creative background, she was keen to collaborate as we refined the brand colour palette (bringing it more in line with the luxury ethos) and perfected layouts, spacing and other design elements. The final site showcases what the area has to offer through extensive imagery, video, and other “value added” content.
Enhancing the experience with brand-led copywriting
While design and visual identity create impact, the site’s persuasive power wouldn’t be complete without compelling copy to narrate the Luxury Boltholes story. We wrote original, on-brand copy for the site’s key pages, communicating the difference in the Luxury Boltholes offering. By doing this in-house, we were able to liaise regularly across copy and design, to ensure that text complemented the layout of each page.
Supporting the growth of an award-winning brand
Within a year of the brand’s launch, Luxury Boltholes’ portfolio had grown rapidly. The collection now features some of the most prestigious properties in West Sussex, Surrey and the Isle of Wight. In 2024, the team was awarded ‘Best Boutique Stay in Sussex’ by Muddy Stilettos.
